Delivery & Shipping

All my items are handmade and shipped from the UK.

UK and Domestic Orders:

I aim to pack and dispatch orders within 7 days of the order being placed and I will inform you once your order has been dispatched. It should take 3-5 days for domestic orders to be delivered within the UK after dispatch. However, if you have not received your order by 7 days, please get in touch with me by emailing studio.wobble@gmail.com with your order details.

International Orders:

All my orders shipped outside of the UK are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means that any customs and import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid fully by the recipient. Any costs involved in further transportation of the order within the destination country is also covered by the recipient.The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. 

Unfortunately I cannot advise you on what the costs might be but I would definitely recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order so you have an idea of what the costs might be.
