Returns and Refunds

At Studio Wobble, we are committed to providing you with beautifully handcrafted pottery pieces that you will love and cherish. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please review our Returns Policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

**1. Eligibility for Returns:**

- You may be eligible for a return if you have purchased a product directly from Studio Wobble's online store (www.studiowobble.com), subject to review.

**2. Items Excluded from Returns:**

- Pieces listed under "Seconds" - .blemishes/glazing defects.
- Custom-made or personalized pottery items.
- Sale or clearance items.

**3. Return Procedure:**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. **Contact Us:** Send an email to studio.wobble@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, explaining the reason for your return. Please include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and clear photographs of any damaged or defective items.

b. **Review:** I will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any additional information required.

c. **Return:** Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is not available, please use appropriate packaging to ensure safe transport.

d. **Shipping:** You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your package reaches me safely.

**4. Condition of Returned Items:**

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and free from damage or signs of wear. Any pottery items that are returned with damage due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

**5. Refund Process:**

Once I receive and inspect your returned items, I will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the refund may take longer to reach your account depending on your payment provider.


**6. Damaged or Defective Items:**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos/videos of the item. After reviewing, I will arrange for a partial/full refund to be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
